Max Comeau is a Montreal-based singer-songwriter who writes songs of love and loss.  A bit of folk, a bit of rock, a bit of country, sprinkled with a dash of soul. December 1st, 2017, his brand new solo album, "Rock, Paper, Scissors" will be released!

Born in Candiac on the South Shore of Montreal, Max knew he wanted to make music the second he first heard Sharon, Lois & Bram's "Skinnamarink". Soon after, he was writing his very first songs on ukulele, then classical and acoustic guitars. Having been a part of The Calm in the mid-2000s, he had a chance to tour Canada and hone his skills as a performer and songwriter. He launched his first solo album, "YOU" at 2015's Folk Festival sur le Canal in Montreal.

This upcoming album, "Rock, Paper, Scissors" has been over a year in the making. Including of his concert staples, "When to Walk Away", "Just One of the Boys" as well as first single, "The Time We Had" - this album is quite possibly the finest work of his career thus far. Contact us for more information, check out our music on here as well as on Bandcamp and YouTube and sign up to our mailing list!
